Jason S. Miller practices in the fields of complex commercial litigation, government investigations and litigation, securities arbitration, and state and federal court appeals.

Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Miller worked for The Honorable Robbie M. Barr (1995 – 1996) in Miami, FL. Following his employment with Judge Barr, Mr. Miller worked for a series of highly regarded law firms in Miami, focusing his practice at each firm on complex commercial litigation. He has worked on a countless number of corporate and contract matters representing clients ranging from small, local businesses to large, multinational firms in many different forums (state court, federal court, trial and appellate levels, arbitrations/mediations, etc.) and has represented several sports figures, sporting goods manufacturers, and professional athletes during his career in a variety of legal matters.

During his tenure at a law firm early in his career, Mr. Miller spent nearly two years working with a team of attorneys representing the Successor Trustee of Southeast Banking Corporation -- sister entity to Southeast Bank, N.A., the largest bank in the State of Florida at the time of its demise in 1991 -- in liquidating the bank’s assets and administering the claims being prosecuted by the bank’s estate. Ultimately, nearly $360 Million was recovered and distributed to the bank’s creditors. Mr. Miller also has extensive experience in other lender liability matters, having represented several large, institutional lenders as well as private lenders in a variety of asset-recovery and asset-protection actions.
